अवैमि चाहं नृपते न तवं मां तयकुम अर्हसि चेतसा तव अपकृष्टेन मां तयजेथा महापते ॥ ३-५८-३१ ॥

'I know, O king, that you would never abandon me. However, O lord of the earth, I fear that in your distracted state, you might choose to leave me behind.' ॥ 3-58-31 ॥

english translation

avaimi cAhaM nRpate na tavaM mAM tayakuma arhasi cetasA tava apakRSTena mAM tayajethA mahApate ॥ 3-58-31 ॥

पन्थानं हि ममाभीक्ष्णम आख्यासि नरसत्तम अतॊनिमित्तं शॊकं मे वर्धयस्य अमरप्रभ ॥ ३-५८-३२ ॥

'O best of men, you repeatedly point out the way, and it is through this, O god-like one, that you increase my sorrow.' ॥ 3-58-32 ॥

panthAnaM hi mamAbhIkSNama AkhyAsi narasattama atònimittaM zòkaM me vardhayasya amaraprabha ॥ 3-58-32 ॥

विदर्भराजस तत्र तवां पूजयिष्यति मानद तेन तवं पूजितॊ राजन सुखं वत्स्यसि नॊ गृहे ॥ ३-५८-३४ ॥

'O giver of honor, there the king of the Vidarbhas will receive you with respect, and honored by him, O king, you shall live happily in our home.' ॥ 3-58-34 ॥

vidarbharAjasa tatra tavAM pUjayiSyati mAnada tena tavaM pUjitò rAjana sukhaM vatsyasi nò gRhe ॥ 3-58-34 ॥
