[वै] तम एवम उक्त्वा वचनं महर्षिस; तपस्विमध्ये सहितं सुहृद्भिः आमन्त्र्य धौम्यं सहितांश च पार्थांस; ततः परतस्थे दिशम उत्तरां सः ।। ३-२६-१८ ।।

'Vaisampayana continued, 'After addressing Yudhishthira, who was seated among the ascetics and his friends, the great Rishi bade farewell to Dhaumya and all the Pandavas. He then set out towards the northern direction.'' ।। 3-26-18 ।।

english translation

[vai] tama evama uktvA vacanaM maharSisa; tapasvimadhye sahitaM suhRdbhiH Amantrya dhaumyaM sahitAMza ca pArthAMsa; tataH paratasthe dizama uttarAM saH || 3-26-18 ||
