उदग दवारं हविर यस्य गृहे नित्यं परदीयते ततः सविष्टं भवेद आज्यं सविष्टकृत परमः समृतः ।। ३-२०९-२१ ।।

sanskrit

'The sixth son is known as the great Swishtakrit, for by him, the oblations become Swishta (excellently offered). The Udagdhara oblation is always performed in his honor.' ।। 3-209-21 ।।

english translation

udaga davAraM havira yasya gRhe nityaM paradIyate tataH saviSTaM bhaveda AjyaM saviSTakRta paramaH samRtaH || 3-209-21 ||

'And when all creatures are claimed, the fire named Manyauti becomes filled with fury. This inexorably terrible and highly irascible fire, known as Swaha, is the daughter of Vrihaspati and resides in all matter. Under the influence of the three qualities—sattwa, rajas, and tamas—Swaha had three sons.' ।। 3-209-22 ।।

'Due to her first son, who was unmatched in beauty in the heavens, the gods named him the Kama-fire, after his unparalleled form.' ।। 3-209-23 ।।

'By the influence of the second quality, she bore a son named Amogha, the invincible fire, who destroys his enemies in battle. He is assured of victory, controls his wrath, and is armed with a bow, seated on a chariot, and adorned with garlands of flowers.' ।। 3-209-24 ।।

'Through the third quality, she had a son named Uktha, the great means of salvation, praised by three Ukthas. He is the originator of the great word and is known as Samaswasa, the means of rest or salvation.' ।। 3-209-25 ।।
