सम्यग आहारयॊगाच च सम्यक चाध्ययनागमात सम्यक कर्मॊपसंन्यासात सम्यक चित्तनिरॊधनात एवं कर्माणि कुर्वन्ति संसारविजिगीषवः ॥ ३-२-७५ ॥
'Those who wish to conquer the cycle of existence should practice the following: proper diet and discipline, proper study and understanding of the scriptures, renunciation of wrongful actions, and complete control of the mind.' ॥ 3-2-75 ॥
