परजापतिर विराट सम्राट कषत्रियॊ भूपतिर नृपः य एभिः सतूयते शब्दैः कस तं नार्चितुम अर्हति ॥ ३-१८३-२३ ॥
'Who would not deem it proper to worship one to whom such titles as 'preserver of created beings,' 'royal,' 'emperor,' 'Kshatriya' (or savior of the earth), 'lord of the earth,' and 'ruler of men' are ascribed in praise?' ॥ 3-183-23 ॥
