'Hard-pressed by my assault, the offspring of Diti sought refuge within their city. Then, invoking the illusions of the Danavas, they ascended to the firmament along with the city itself.' ॥ 3-170-21 ॥

'At one moment, the city descended to the earth, at another, it ascended into the sky. Sometimes it moved in a winding path, and at other times, it submerged into the water.' ॥ 3-170-24 ॥
