अन्तर्भूमौ निपतितं पुनर ऊर्ध्वं परतिष्ठते पुनस तिर्यक परयात्य आशु पुनर अप्सु निमज्जति ॥ ३-१७०-२४ ॥

sanskrit

'At one moment, the city descended to the earth, at another, it ascended into the sky. Sometimes it moved in a winding path, and at other times, it submerged into the water.' ।। 3-170-24 ।।

english translation

antarbhUmau nipatitaM punara UrdhvaM paratiSThate punasa tiryaka parayAtya Azu punara apsu nimajjati ॥ 3-170-24 ॥
