मयूरहंसस्वननादितानि; पुष्पॊपकीर्णानि महाचलस्य शृङ्गाणि सानूनि च पश्यमाना; गिरेः परं हर्षम अवाप्य तस्थुः ।। ३-१६१-४ ।।

sanskrit

'Filled with immense joy, they lived there, gazing upon the slopes and summits of the mighty mountain, adorned with flowers and echoing with the calls of peacocks and swans.' ।। 3-161-4 ।।

english translation

mayUrahaMsasvananAditAni; puSpòpakIrNAni mahAcalasya zRGgANi sAnUni ca pazyamAnA; gireH paraM harSama avApya tasthuH || 3-161-4 ||
