महिषैश च वराहैश च शार्दूलैश च निषेवितम वयपेतभीर गिरिं शौर्याद भीमसेनॊ वयगाहत ॥ ३-१५०-२१ ॥
'Fearless due to his prowess, Bhimasena, as though beckoned by the breeze-swept trees of the forest, always fragrant with flowers and bearing tender coppery branches, ventured into the mountainous regions inhabited by buffaloes, bears, and leopards.' ॥ 3-150-21 ॥

'In the forest, with flower-laden branches and tender copper-colored young leaves, the trees seemed to be beseeching (as if) swayed by the wind.' ॥ 3-150-22 ॥

'Due to the presence of lotus buds, the scene appeared as though they were joining their hands in greeting before Bhima.' ॥ 3-150-23 ॥
