अनेन वै बराह्मणाः शुश्रुवांसॊ; वादे जित्वा सलिले मज्जिताः किल तान एव धर्मान अयम अद्य बन्दी; पराप्नॊतु गृह्याप्सु निमज्जयैनम ॥ ३-१३४-२३ ॥
'Indeed, by him the learned Brahmanas, Though well-versed, were defeated in debate and drowned in water. Today, let this challenger (Bandi) himself Meet the same fate - seize him and drown him in the waters.' ॥ 3-134-23 ॥
