[ष] आहारात सर्वभूतानि संभवन्ति महीपते आहारेण विवर्धन्ते तेन जीवन्ति जन्तवः ।। ३-१३१-६ ।।

sanskrit

'Thereupon, the hawk replied, "O lord of the earth, it is from food that all beings derive their life, and it is through food that they are nourished and sustained."' ।। 3-131-6 ।।

english translation

[Sa] AhArAta sarvabhUtAni saMbhavanti mahIpate AhAreNa vivardhante tena jIvanti jantavaH || 3-131-6 ||
