ततः पिपीलिका जन्तुं कदा चिद अदशत सफिजि स दष्टॊ वयनदद राजंस तेन दुःखेन बालकः ।। ३-१२७-६ ।।

'One day, an ant stung the boy on his hip, and in great pain, the child let out a loud scream due to the agony caused by the bite.' ।। 3-127-6 ।।

english translation

tataH pipIlikA jantuM kadA cida adazata saphiji sa daSTò vayanadada rAjaMsa tena duHkhena bAlakaH || 3-127-6 ||

'Immediately, the mothers, overwhelmed with grief at seeing the child stung by the ant, gathered around him and began to wail loudly. A tumultuous noise arose from their cries.' ।। 3-127-7 ।।
