इत्यामन्त्र्य सुधर्मां स कृत्वा चाभिप्रदक्षिणम् । कन्यां शिरस्युपाघ्राय प्रविवेश महीतलम्॥५-९५-२१॥
Having thus taken leave of Sudharmā and having circumambulated in reverence, he smelled the maiden’s head and then entered the earth (departed from that place).
