विदुरश्चैव भीष्मश्च द्रोणश्च सहबाह्लिकः । श्रेयः समर्था विज्ञातुमुच्यमानं त्वयानघ॥५-७८-१६॥
And Vidura, Bhīṣma, and Droṇa, together with Bāhlika, are able to discern what is beneficial when it is spoken by you, O blameless one.
english translation
ते चैनमनुनेष्यन्ति धृतराष्ट्रं जनाधिपम् । तं च पापसमाचारं सहामात्यं सुयोधनम्॥५-७८-१७॥
They will also persuade Dhṛtarāṣṭra, lord of the people—and likewise Suyodhana, whose conduct is wrongful—together with his ministers.
english translation
श्रोता चार्थस्य विदुरस्त्वं च वक्ता जनार्दन । कमिवार्थं विवर्तन्तं स्थापयेतां न वर्त्मनि॥५-७८-१८॥
Vidura is a hearer who understands the purpose, and you, O Janārdana, are the speaker; who, then, would not set one who strays from the aim back upon the proper path?
