For, intimidated by fear of Bhīma, your sons, O mighty King, and the allied kings who follow them will not obtain victory.

english translation

Today the Matsyas do not honor you, nor the Pāñcālas together with the Kekayas; the Śālveyas and the Śūrasenas as well—all disregard you. For all of them have gone to Pārtha, recognizing the prowess of that intelligent man.

english translation

Those who are not fit to be punished, yet abide in dharma, are being wronged by unlawful deeds. That sinful man, together with his followers, must be restrained by every means. Your son, O great King—here there is no cause for grief.

english translation

At the time of the dice-game, this was spoken by me and by the wise Vidura: this lament of yours against the Pāṇḍavas, O Bhārata, is wholly futile—like the lament of one without authority, O lord of kings.
