english translation
But this I do not understand about you, ever discerning: that you come under the control of your sons—though you know character and strength, and could be, in skill, like Savyasācin, ambidextrous and masterful.

english translation
A father is foremost, a well-wisher, and one whose self is properly disciplined. Therefore, what is beneficial should be followed as he directs; one who harms is not called a teacher.

Hearing the defeated say, ‘This has been won; this has been gained,’ you smiled at the time of the dice-game, O great king, like a child.
