Even the three worlds together with the gods, including all beings—stationary and moving, past, present, and future—could, in my estimation, be brought under control in an instant.

english translation

That formidable great weapon which Paśupati granted to me in the Kirāta duel—this indeed remains at my disposal.

english translation

That which Paśupati employs at the end of an age while dissolving all beings—O tiger among men—this very power is present with me.

english translation

Gāṅgeya does not know it, nor Droṇa, nor Gautama; nor even Droṇa’s son, O king—how much less, then, the sūta-born warrior.

english translation

Yet it is not fitting in battle to strike down ordinary men with celestial weapons. By straightforward and honorable fighting alone, we shall overcome our foes.
