All the sons of Pāṇḍu are lion-built and of great strength; all have practiced brahmacarya, and all are highly ascetic in discipline.

english translation

They are modest yet tiger-like among men, formidable in strength like tigers. In speed, in striking, and in close engagement, all are beyond ordinary human measure. In the campaign of conquest they subdued kings, O bull among the Bharatas.

english translation

No men can consistently withstand their weapons—maces and arrows—O Kaurava; nor can they endure even the drawing of their bows, or the lifting of a heavy mace, or the full drawing of their arrows.

english translation

In speed, in carrying off a target, in feats of consumption, and in dragging loads of sand, all of you are outmatched by them—even by boys among them.

english translation

Closing upon your host, formidable like tigers and surging with strength, they will wreak havoc in the battle; therefore do not seek a direct encounter with them.
