Keśava, knowing my present condition—wishing for conciliation among the Kurus and striving for it—you should not be excessively doubtful of me.

english translation

Keśava, I harbor no wrongful intent toward the Pāṇḍavas. Indeed, you already know the words with which I addressed Suyodhana.

english translation

Mādhava, all the Kurus and the kings—the rulers of the earth—know that I am striving with every effort toward conciliation.

english translation

Then the mighty-armed Kṛṣṇa addressed Dhṛtarāṣṭra, lord of men—and also Droṇa, the grandsire Bhīṣma, the chamberlain Vidura, Bāhlika, and Kṛpa.

english translation

This is directly evident to you all—what occurred in the Kuru assembly—and how that dull-witted man repeatedly rose in anger, behaving as though untrained in discipline.
