साबभूवमुहूर्तेनहरिभिर्दीपितापुरी । लोकस्यास्यक्ष्येघोरेप्रदीप्तेववसुन्दरा ॥ ६-७५-३१
Set fire by the monkeys, in a short while, the city was like a land flaming out of dreadful destruction in the world. ॥ 6-75-31॥

By the smoke that spread, scorched by the fire, the clamour of the women folk at the top of their voice was heard at a hundred yojanas. ॥ 6-75-32॥

nArIjanasyadhUmenavyAptasyoccairvineduSaH । svanojvalanataptasyazuzruvezatayojanam ॥ 6-75-32
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रदग्धकायानपरान् राक्षसान्निर्गतान् बहिः । सहसाभ्युत्पतन्तिस्महरयोऽथयुयुत्सवः ॥ ६-७५-३३
And thereafter the monkeys who were eager to fight assailed the Rakshasas who came out suddenly unable to bear the burning of the bodies. ॥ 6-75-33॥

pradagdhakAyAnaparAn rAkSasAnnirgatAn bahiH । sahasAbhyutpatantismaharayo'thayuyutsavaH ॥ 6-75-33
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउद्घुष्टंवानराणां च राक्षसानां च निस्स्वनः । दिशोदशसमुद्रं च पृथिवींचान्वनादयत् ॥ ६-७५-३४
The clamour of the monkeys and the sighing of the Rakshasas resounded in all the ten directions including the ocean as well as the earth. ॥ 6-75-34॥

Healed of their wounds and unperplexed, both those great souled princes, Rama and Lakshmana seized hold of those two excellent bows. ॥ 6-75-35॥
