ततोविस्फारयानस्यरामस्यधनुरुत्तमम् । बभूवतुमुलश्शब्दोराक्षसानांभयावहः ॥ ६-७५-३६
Then Rama drew the best of bow, that created fear among the Rakshasas by its tumultuous sound. ॥ 6-75-36॥

tatovisphArayAnasyarAmasyadhanuruttamam । babhUvatumulazzabdorAkSasAnAMbhayAvahaH ॥ 6-75-36
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअशोभततदारामोधनुर्विष्फारयन् महत् । भगवानिवसङ्कृद्धोभवोवेदमयंधनुः ॥ ६-७५-३७
Then, great Rama stretching his bow in great fury shone as though the divine Lord Siva was stretching his bow with imprints of Vedas. ॥ 6-75-37॥

azobhatatadArAmodhanurviSphArayan mahat । bhagavAnivasaGkRddhobhavovedamayaMdhanuH ॥ 6-75-37
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउद्घुष्टंवानराणां च राक्षसानां च निस्स्वनम् । ज्याशब्दस्तावुभौशब्दावतिरामस्यशुश्रुवे ॥ ६-७५-३८
That sound of the twang of Rama's bow could be heard very high over and above the sounds of the Vanaras and Rakshasas. ॥ 6-75-38॥

udghuSTaMvAnarANAM ca rAkSasAnAM ca nissvanam । jyAzabdastAvubhauzabdAvatirAmasyazuzruve ॥ 6-75-38
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवानरोद्घुष्टघोषश्चराक्षसानां च निस्स्वनः । ज्याशब्दश्चापिरामस्यत्रयंव्याप्यदिशोदश ॥ ६-७५-३९
The sound of Rama's bow twang, the clamour of the Vanaras as well as the wailing of Rakshasas, all the three could be heard in all ten directions. ॥ 6-75-39॥

The entrance gate of Lanka, which was like Kailasa, crumbled and fell by the shaft released from the bow of Rama. ॥ 6-75-39॥
