लॊका हि सर्वे तपसा धरियन्ते; तस्मात तवरध्वं तपसः कषयाय ये सन्ति के चिद धि वसुंधरायां; तपस्विनॊ धर्मविदश च तज जञाः तेषां वधः करियतां कषिप्रम एव; तेषु परनष्टेषु जगत परनष्टम ॥ ३-९९-२० ॥
'For all the worlds are sustained by tapas (spiritual power/austerities); therefore, hasten towards the destruction of tapas. Whoever exists on earth who are ascetics (tapasvins), knowers of dharma, and wise, Let their destruction be done quickly; when they are destroyed, the world will be destroyed.' ॥ 3-99-20 ॥
