महाश्रमे वसेद रात्रिं सर्वपापप्रमॊचने एककालं निराहारॊ लॊकान आवसते शुभान ॥ ३-८२-४८ ॥

sanskrit

'One should spend a night at Mahasrama, which has the power to eliminate all sins, while partaking of a single meal. By doing so, one attains numerous auspicious realms and delivers ten generations before and ten generations after his lineage.' ॥ 3-82-48 ॥

english translation

mahAzrame vaseda rAtriM sarvapApapramòcane ekakAlaM nirAhArò lòkAna Avasate zubhAna ॥ 3-82-48 ॥
