ततः कुब्जाम्रकं गच्छेत तीर्थसेवी यथाक्रमम गॊसहस्रम अवाप्नॊति सवर्गलॊकं च गच्छति ।। ३-८२-३६ ।।

sanskrit

'Then, O king, the pilgrim should journey to the tirtha known as Kuvjamraka. By doing so, he earns the merit of donating a thousand kine and ascends to heaven as well.' ।। 3-82-36 ।।

अरुन्धती वटं गच्छेत तीर्थसेवी नराधिप सामुद्रकम उपस्पृश्य तरिरात्रॊपॊषितॊ नरः गॊसहस्रफलं विन्देत कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत ।। ३-८२-३७ ।।

'Then, O king, the pilgrim should proceed to the Arundhati Banyan. With a focused mind and observing the vows of Brahmacharya, one who bathes in the waters of Samudraka and fasts for three nights attains the merit of the horse sacrifice and the rewards of giving away a thousand kine, thereby also rescuing his lineage.' ।। 3-82-37 ।।

'Next, one should proceed to Brahmavarta, with a focused mind and adhering to the Brahmacharya vows. By doing so, one attains the merit of the horse sacrifice and ascends to the realm of Soma.' ।। 3-82-38 ।।
