अथ माहेश्वरीं धारां समासाद्य नराधिप अश्वमेधम अवाप्नॊति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत ।। ३-८२-१०१ ।।

sanskrit

'Arriving next, O lord of the earth, at the stream known as Maheswari, one attains the merit of the horse-sacrifice and redeems one's own lineage. Proceeding thereafter to the celestial tank, one secures freedom from misfortune and also the merit of the horse-sacrifice.' ।। 3-82-101 ।।

english translation

atha mAhezvarIM dhArAM samAsAdya narAdhipa azvamedhama avApnòti kulaM caiva samuddhareta || 3-82-101 ||
