तत्र सनात्वार्चयित्वा च शूलपाणिं वृषध्वजम सर्वपापविशुद्धात्मा गच्छेत परमां गतिम ।। ३-८१-७१ ।।

sanskrit

'By bathing there and worshiping the god who bears the bull emblem and wields a trident, one’s soul, purified of all sins, attains the highest state.' ।। 3-81-71 ।।

english translation

tatra sanAtvArcayitvA ca zUlapANiM vRSadhvajama sarvapApavizuddhAtmA gaccheta paramAM gatima || 3-81-71 ||

ततॊ गच्छेत राजेन्द्र फलकी वनम उत्तमम यत्र देवाः सदा राजन फलकी वनम आश्रिताः तपश चरन्ति विपुलं बहुवर्षसहस्रकम ।। ३-८१-७२ ।।

sanskrit

'Next, O king, one should proceed to the revered tirtha known as Phalakivana. There, the gods, O monarch, engaged in their ascetic austerities for many thousands of years.' ।। 3-81-72 ।।

english translation

tatò gaccheta rAjendra phalakI vanama uttamama yatra devAH sadA rAjana phalakI vanama AzritAH tapaza caranti vipulaM bahuvarSasahasrakama || 3-81-72 ||

दृषद्वत्यां नरः सनात्वा तर्पयित्वा च देवताः अग्निष्टॊमातिरात्राभ्यां फलं विन्दति भारत ।। ३-८१-७३ ।।

sanskrit

'One should then proceed to the Dhrishadwati. By bathing there and worshiping the gods, one, O Bharata, attains merit greater than that of both the Agnishtoma and Atiratra sacrifices.' ।। 3-81-73 ।।

dRSadvatyAM naraH sanAtvA tarpayitvA ca devatAH agniSTòmAtirAtrAbhyAM phalaM vindati bhArata || 3-81-73 ||

tIrthe ca sarvadevAnAM sanAtvA bharatasattama gòsahasrasya rAjendra phalaM parApnòti mAnavaH || 3-81-74 ||

पाणिखाते नरः सनात्वा तर्पयित्वा च देवताः राजसूयम अवाप्नॊति ऋषिलॊकं च गच्छति ।। ३-८१-७५ ।।

'By bathing in the tirtha known as Panikhata and worshiping all the gods, a person attains merit greater than that of both the Agnishtoma and Atiratra sacrifices, as well as the merit of the Rajasuya sacrifice, ultimately reaching the realm of the Rishis.' ।। 3-81-75 ।।
