ततॊ गच्छेत राजेन्द्र मिश्रकं तीर्थम उत्तमम तत्र तीर्थानि राजेन्द्र मिश्रितानि महात्मना ॥ ३-८१-७६ ॥
'Next, O virtuous one, one should proceed to the esteemed tirtha known as Misraka. There, O tiger among kings, we have heard that the high-souled Vyasa, for the benefit of the Brahmanas, has mingled all the tirthas.' ॥ 3-81-76 ॥
english translation
वयासेन नृपशार्दूल दविजार्थम इति नः शरुतम सर्वतीर्थेषु स सनाति मिश्रके सनाति यॊ नरः ॥ ३-८१-७७ ॥
'O tiger among kings, we have heard that by Vyasa’s grace, he who bathes in Mishraka truly bathes in all the tirthas.' ॥ 3-81-77 ॥
english translation
ततॊ वयास वनं गच्छेन नियतॊ नियताशनः मनॊजवे नरः सनात्वा गॊसहस्रफलं लभेत ॥ ३-८१-७८ ॥
'By bathing in the tirtha known as Manojava, one attains the merit of donating a thousand cows.' ॥ 3-81-78 ॥
english translation
गत्वा मधु वटीं चापि देव्यास तीर्थं नरः शुचिः तत्र सनात्वार्चयेद देवान पितॄंश च परयतः शुचिः स देव्या समनुज्ञातॊ गॊसहस्रफलं लभेत ॥ ३-८१-७९ ॥
'Next, by proceeding to the Devi tirtha in Madhuvati, one who bathes there and worships the gods and the Pitris receives, at the behest of the Goddess, the merit of donating a thousand cows.' ॥ 3-81-79 ॥
english translation
कौशिक्याः संगमे यस तु दृषद्वत्याश च भारत सनाति वै नियताहारः सर्वपापैः परमुच्यते ॥ ३-८१-८० ॥
'By following a regulated diet, he who bathes at the confluence of the Kaushiki and Dhrishadwati becomes free from all his sins.' ॥ 3-81-80 ॥
