दक्षिणं सिन्धुम आसाद्य बरह्म चारी जितेन्द्रियः अग्निष्टॊमम अवाप्नॊति विमानं चाधिरॊहति ॥ ३-८०-७२ ॥

'One who enters the Southern Ocean, living a life of Brahmacharya and with senses subdued, attains the rewards of the Agnistoma sacrifice and ascends to heaven.' ॥ 3-80-72 ॥

english translation

dakSiNaM sindhuma AsAdya barahma cArI jitendriyaH agniSTòmama avApnòti vimAnaM cAdhiròhati ॥ 3-80-72 ॥
