परतिग्रहाद उपावृत्तः संतुष्टॊ नियतः शुचिः अहं कारनिवृत्तिश च स तीर्थफलम अश्नुते ।। ३-८०-३१ ।।

'One who has renounced the acceptance of gifts, who is content and free from pride, enjoys the fruits of the tirthas.' ।। 3-80-31 ।।

अकल्ककॊ निरारम्भॊ लघ्व आहारॊ जितेन्द्रियः विमुक्तः सर्वदॊषैर यः स तीर्थफलम अश्नुते ।। ३-८०-३२ ।।

'The sinless one, who acts selflessly, eats lightly, has control over the senses, and remains free from all sin, also enjoys the fruits of the tirthas.' ।। 3-80-32 ।।

akalkakò nirArambhò laghva AhArò jitendriyaH vimuktaH sarvadòSaira yaH sa tIrthaphalama aznute || 3-80-32 ||

अक्रॊधनश च राजेन्द्र सत्यशीलॊ दृढव्रतः आत्मॊपमश च भूतेषु स तीर्थफलम अश्नुते ।। ३-८०-३३ ।।

'O king, one who is free from anger, adheres to truth, remains steadfast in vows, and perceives all creatures as extensions of oneself enjoys the fruits of the tirthas.' ।। 3-80-33 ।।

ऋषिभिः करतवः परॊक्ता वेदेष्व इह यथाक्रमम फलं चैव यथातत्त्वं परेत्य चेह च सर्वशः ।। ३-८०-३४ ।।

'In the Vedas, the Rishis have accurately described, in proper order, the sacrifices and their corresponding fruits, both in this life and the next.' ।। 3-80-34 ।।

RSibhiH karatavaH paròktA vedeSva iha yathAkramama phalaM caiva yathAtattvaM paretya ceha ca sarvazaH || 3-80-34 ||

न ते शक्या दरिद्रेण यज्ञाः पराप्तुं महीपते बहूपकरणा यज्ञा नाना संभारविस्तराः ।। ३-८०-३५ ।।

'O lord of the earth, such sacrifices cannot be performed by one who is impoverished, as they necessitate various materials and a substantial quantity of diverse offerings.' ।। 3-80-35 ।।
