ऋषिभिः करतवः परॊक्ता वेदेष्व इह यथाक्रमम फलं चैव यथातत्त्वं परेत्य चेह च सर्वशः ॥ ३-८०-३४ ॥
'In the Vedas, the Rishis have accurately described, in proper order, the sacrifices and their corresponding fruits, both in this life and the next.' ॥ 3-80-34 ॥
