गवां शतसहस्रेण राजसूय शतेन च अश्वमेध सहस्रेण शरेयान सप्तार्चिषश चरुः ।। ३-८०-१०७ ।।

sanskrit

'The Rishis, the Pitris, the gods, the Gandharvas, various tribes of Apsaras, the Guhyakas, the Kinnaras, the Yakshas, the Siddhas, the Vidhyadharas, the Rakshasas, the Daityas, the Rudras, and even Brahma himself, O king, with subdued senses, undertook a thousand years of austerities to invoke the grace of Vishnu. They prepared rice cooked in milk and butter, and with reverence, they offered it to Kesava, each oblation accompanied by seven Riks.' ।। 3-80-107 ।।

gavAM zatasahasreNa rAjasUya zatena ca azvamedha sahasreNa zareyAna saptArciSaza caruH || 3-80-107 ||
