[वि] कषान्तम एव मया राजन गुरुर नः परमॊ भवान तथा हय अस्म्य आगतः कषिप्रं तवद्दर्शनपरायणः ॥ ३-७-२१ ॥
'And Vidura said, "O king, I have forgiven you. You are my superior, deserving of the highest reverence. I have returned, eager to see you again!"' ॥ 3-7-21 ॥
english translation
भवन्ति हि नरव्याघ्र पुरुषा धर्मचेतसः दीनाभिपातिनॊ राजन नात्र कार्या विचारणा ॥ ३-७-२२ ॥
'Virtuous men are naturally drawn to those who are in distress, and this is not a matter of deliberate choice.' ॥ 3-7-22 ॥
english translation
पाण्डॊः सुता यादृशा मे तादृशा मे सुतास तव दीना इति हि मे बुद्धिर अभिपन्नाद्य तान रपति ॥ ३-७-२३ ॥
'My loyalty to the Pandavas stems from their current plight. Though I hold your sons dear, my heart is especially inclined towards the Pandavas in their time of suffering.' ॥ 3-7-23 ॥
english translation
[व] अन्यॊन्यम अनुनीयैवं भरातरौ तौ महाद्युती विदुरॊ धृतराष्ट्रश च लेभाते परमां मुदम ॥ ३-७-२४ ॥
'Vaisampayana continued, 'And addressing each other thus in apologetic speeches, the two illustrious brothers, Vidura and Dhritarashtra, felt greatly happy!'' ॥ 3-7-24 ॥
