[वि] अवॊचन मां धृतराष्ट्रॊ ऽनुगुप्तम; अजातशत्रॊ परिगृह्याभिपूज्य एवंगते समताम अब्भ्युपेत्य; पथ्यं तेषां मम चैव बरवीहि ॥ ३-६-१२ ॥
'Vidura said: "O Ajatasatru, Dhritarashtra, having called me, his dependent, before him, honored me and said, 'The situation is as you see it. Now, advise me on what would be best for both the Pandavas and for me.'"' ॥ 3-6-12 ॥
