अपि सर्वेश्वरत्वं हि न वाञ्छेरन पराजिताः वधे नूनं भवेच छान्तिस तेषां वा फल्गुनस्य वा ।। ३-४६-१२ ।।

sanskrit

'They would not desire the sovereignty of the world if it came at the cost of defeat. Indeed, peace will be restored only through the death of these warriors or of Phalguna.' ।। 3-46-12 ।।

english translation

api sarvezvaratvaM hi na vAJcherana parAjitAH vadhe nUnaM bhaveca chAntisa teSAM vA phalgunasya vA || 3-46-12 ||
