वदाद अस्माच च कौन्तेय वनम अन्यद विचिन्त्यताम निवासार्थाय यद युक्तं भवेद वः पृथिवीपते ॥ ३-३७-३१ ॥
'O son of Kunti, consider also moving to another forest that may be suitable for your residence, O king.' ॥ 3-37-31 ॥
english translation
एकत्र चिरवासॊ हि न परीतिजननॊ भवेत तापसानां च शान्तानां भवेद उद्वेग कारकः ॥ ३-३७-३२ ॥
'To reside in one place for an extended period is scarcely pleasant. It might also cause distress to the ascetics.' ॥ 3-37-32 ॥
english translation
मृगाणाम उपयॊगश च वीरुद ओषधिसंक्षयः विभर्षि हि बहून विप्रान वेदवेदाङ्गपारगान ॥ ३-३७-३३ ॥
'Moreover, as you support numerous Brahmanas well-versed in the Vedas and their branches, prolonged residence here could deplete the forest's deer and damage its creepers and plants.' ॥ 3-37-33 ॥

एवम उक्त्वा परपन्नाय शुचये भगवान परभुः परॊवाच यॊगतत्त्वज्ञॊ यॊगविद्याम अनुत्तमाम ॥ ३-३७-३४ ॥
'Thus speaking to the devoted and pure-minded one, the Lord, who is an expert in the true nature of Yoga and its supreme practice, said:' ॥ 3-37-34 ॥

धर्मराज्ञे तदा धीमान वयासः सत्यवती सुतः अनुज्ञाय च कौन्तेयं तत्रैवान्तरधीयत ॥ ३-३७-३५ ॥
'After bidding farewell to the son of Kunti, Vyasa then disappeared from that place.' ॥ 3-37-35 ॥
