शरेयसस ते परः कालः पराप्तॊ भरतसत्तम येनाभिभविता शत्रून रणे पार्थॊ धनंजयः ।। ३-३७-२६ ।।

sanskrit

'O best of the Bharatas, the time has come for your prosperity, when indeed Dhananjaya, the son of Pritha, will vanquish all your foes in battle.' ।। 3-37-26 ।।

english translation

zareyasasa te paraH kAlaH parAptò bharatasattama yenAbhibhavitA zatrUna raNe pArthò dhanaMjayaH || 3-37-26 ||

hk transliteration

गृहाणेमां मया परॊक्तां सिद्धिं मूर्तिमतीम इव विद्यां परतिस्मृतिं नाम परपन्नाय बरवीमि ते याम अवाप्य महाबाहुर अर्जुनः साधयिष्यति ।। ३-३७-२७ ।।

sanskrit

'Uttered by me and embodying success itself, accept this knowledge called Pratismriti, which I impart to you, knowing that you are capable of receiving it. By receiving it, Arjuna will be able to achieve his desired goal.' ।। 3-37-27 ।।

english translation

gRhANemAM mayA paròktAM siddhiM mUrtimatIma iva vidyAM paratismRtiM nAma parapannAya baravImi te yAma avApya mahAbAhura arjunaH sAdhayiSyati || 3-37-27 ||

hk transliteration

अस्त्रहेतॊर महेन्द्रं च रुद्रं चैवाभिगच्छतु वरुणं च धनेशं च धर्मराजं च पाण्डव शक्तॊ हय एष सुरान दरष्टुं तपसा विक्रमेण च ।। ३-३७-२८ ।।

sanskrit

'Let him approach Mahendra (Indra) and Rudra for weapons, And also Varuna, Kubera (Lord of Wealth), and Dharmaraja (Yama), O Pandava. For he is capable of seeing the gods through his penance and valor.' ।। 3-37-28 ।।

english translation

astrahetòra mahendraM ca rudraM caivAbhigacchatu varuNaM ca dhanezaM ca dharmarAjaM ca pANDava zaktò haya eSa surAna daraSTuM tapasA vikrameNa ca || 3-37-28 ||

hk transliteration

ऋषिर एष महातेजा नारायण सहायवान पुराणः शाश्वतॊ देवॊ विष्णॊर अंशः सनातनः ।। ३-३७-२९ ।।

sanskrit

'He is indeed a sage of great energy, the friend of Narayana; ancient, eternal, and a deity in his own right.' ।। 3-37-29 ।।

english translation

RSira eSa mahAtejA nArAyaNa sahAyavAna purANaH zAzvatò devò viSNòra aMzaH sanAtanaH || 3-37-29 ||

hk transliteration

अस्त्राणीन्द्राच च रुद्राच च लॊकपालेभ्य एव च समादाय महाबाहुर महत कर्म करिष्यति ।। ३-३७-३० ।।

sanskrit

'Of mighty arms, he will accomplish great deeds, having secured weapons from Indra, Rudra, and the Lokapalas.' ।। 3-37-30 ।।

english translation

astrANIndrAca ca rudrAca ca lòkapAlebhya eva ca samAdAya mahAbAhura mahata karma kariSyati || 3-37-30 ||
