एवं पराप्स्यसि कल्याणि कल्याणम अनघे धरुवम कॊपिते तु दविजश्रेष्ठे कृत्स्नं दह्येत मे कुलम ॥ ३-२८७-२९ ॥

sanskrit

'By conducting yourself thus, O virtuous and pure maiden, you shall certainly achieve prosperity and blessing! But should you instead provoke the wrath of this foremost among the twice-born, he will utterly destroy my entire lineage!' ॥ 3-287-29 ॥

english translation

evaM parApsyasi kalyANi kalyANama anaghe dharuvama kòpite tu davijazreSThe kRtsnaM dahyeta me kulama ॥ 3-287-29 ॥
