आसीच छाल्वेषु धर्मात्मा कषत्रियः पृथिवीपतिः दयुमत्सेन इति खयातः पश्चाद अन्धॊ बभूव ह ॥ ३-२७८-७ ॥

sanskrit

'Among the Salwas, there was once a virtuous Kshatriya king named Dyumatsena. In the course of time, it so happened that he lost his sight.' ॥ 3-278-7 ॥

english translation

AsIca chAlveSu dharmAtmA kaSatriyaH pRthivIpatiH dayumatsena iti khayAtaH pazcAda andhò babhUva ha ॥ 3-278-7 ॥
