तुष्टासि यदि मे देवि कामम एतं वृणॊम्य अहम संतानं हि परॊ धर्म इत्य आहुर मां दविजातयः ॥ ३-२७७-१५ ॥
'If you are truly pleased with me, O goddess, then this is the boon I seek: The twice-born have declared that the begetting of offspring is the highest virtue, and a source of great merit.' ॥ 3-277-15 ॥
