तत उत्थाय वैदेहि तेषां मध्ये यशस्विनी उवाच वाक्यं कल्याणी रामं पृथुल वक्षसम ॥ ३-२७५-२१ ॥
'And as she rose from the ground, the revered and renowned princess of Videha, surrounded by all those present, spoke these words to Rama, the mighty and broad-chested hero.' ॥ 3-275-21 ॥
english translation
tata utthAya vaidehi teSAM madhye yazasvinI uvAca vAkyaM kalyANI rAmaM pRthula vakSasama ॥ 3-275-21 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptराजपुत्र न ते कॊपं करॊमि विदिता हि मे गतिः सत्रीणां नराणां च शृणु चेदं वचॊ मम ॥ ३-२७५-२२ ॥
'O prince, I impute no fault to thee, for thou art well-versed in the conduct that one should adopt towards both men and women. Yet, hear these words of mine!' ॥ 3-275-22 ॥
english translation
rAjaputra na te kòpaM karòmi viditA hi me gatiH satrINAM narANAM ca zRNu cedaM vacò mama ॥ 3-275-22 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअन्तश चरति भूतानां मातरिश्वा सदागतिः स मे विमुञ्चतु पराणान यदि पापं चराम्य अहम ॥ ३-२७५-२३ ॥
'The all-pervading wind that moves through all beings, like a mother's presence, is my constant guide. May it release my life, if I have ever committed any sin.' ॥ 3-275-23 ॥
english translation
antaza carati bhUtAnAM mAtarizvA sadAgatiH sa me vimuJcatu parANAna yadi pApaM carAmya ahama ॥ 3-275-23 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअगिर आपस तथाकाशं पृथिवी वायुर एव च विमुञ्चन्तु मम पराणान यदि पापं चराम्य अहम ॥ ३-२७५-२४ ॥
'If I have sinned, then let Fire, Water, Space, and Earth—along with the Air, whom I have already invoked—also forsake my vital forces!' ॥ 3-275-24 ॥

agira Apasa tathAkAzaM pRthivI vAyura eva ca vimuJcantu mama parANAna yadi pApaM carAmya ahama ॥ 3-275-24 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptततॊ ऽनतरिक्षे वाग आसीत सर्वा विश्रावयन दिशः पुण्या संहर्षणी तेषां वानराणां महात्मनाम ॥ ३-२७५-२५ ॥
'And as, O hero, I have never, even in my dreams, cherished the image of any other, so be thou my lord, as ordained by the gods." After Sita had spoken, a divine voice, resounding through the entire region, echoed in the skies, filling the hearts of the noble monkeys with joy.' ॥ 3-275-25 ॥

tatò 'natarikSe vAga AsIta sarvA vizrAvayana dizaH puNyA saMharSaNI teSAM vAnarANAM mahAtmanAma ॥ 3-275-25 ॥
