भर्तृस्मरण तन्व अङ्गी तापसी वेषधारिणी उपवासतपः शीला तत्र सा पृथुलेक्षणा उवास दुःखवसतीः फलमूलकृताशना ॥ ३-२६४-४२ ॥

'She, who is a devotee of Lord Bhartṛhari, with a slender body, wearing the attire of an ascetic, and known for her penance, austerities, and good character, lived there. She survived on fruits and roots, enduring hardship and suffering.' ।। 3-264-42 ।।

english translation

bhartRsmaraNa tanva aGgI tApasI veSadhAriNI upavAsatapaH zIlA tatra sA pRthulekSaNA uvAsa duHkhavasatIH phalamUlakRtAzanA ॥ 3-264-42 ॥
