वने महति तस्मिंस तु रामः सौमित्रिणा सह ददर्श मृगयूथानि दरवमाणानि सर्वशः शब्दं च घॊरं सत्त्वानां दावाग्नेर इव वर्धतः ॥ ३-२६३-२४ ॥
'And in that vast forest, Rama, along with Sumitra’s son, beheld numerous herds of deer fleeing in all directions. They also heard a deafening uproar of various creatures, akin to the tumult of a rapidly spreading wildfire.' ॥ 3-263-24 ॥
