नृपाश च नाभाग भगीरथादयॊ; महीम इमां सागरान्तां विजित्य सत्येन ते ऽपय अजयंस तात लॊकान; नेशे बलस्येति चरेद अधर्मम ॥ ३-२६-११ ॥
'Kings like Nabhaga and Bhagiratha, who subdued the world bounded by the seas through their adherence to truth, ultimately attained all the realms in the hereafter, O child. Therefore, no one should act unrighteously simply because they are powerful.' ॥ 3-26-11 ॥

अलर्कम आहुर नरवर्य सन्तं; सत्यव्रतं काशिकरूष राजम विहाय रष्ट्राणि वसूनि चैव; नेशे बलस्येति चरेद अधर्मम ॥ ३-२६-१२ ॥
'They say that Alarka, O best of men, The truthful king of Kashi and Krusha, Abandoning his kingdoms and wealth, (Thought) 'I am not the master of strength,' lest he might act unrighteously.' ॥ 3-26-12 ॥

धात्रा विधिर यॊ विहितः पुराणस; तं पूजयन्तॊ नरवर्य सन्तः सप्तर्षयः पार्थ दिवि परभान्ति; नेशे बलस्येति चरेद अधर्मम ॥ ३-२६-१३ ॥
'O best of men, O son of Pritha, the seven righteous Rishis, who followed the divine ordinances set forth in the Vedas, shine resplendently in the firmament. Therefore, no one should act unrighteously, even if they are mighty.' ॥ 3-26-13 ॥

महाबलान पर्वतकूटमात्रान; विषाणिनः पश्य गजान नरेन्द्र सथितान निदेशे नरवर्य धातुर; नेशे बलस्येति चरेद अधर्मम ॥ ३-२६-१४ ॥
'Behold, O king, the mighty elephants, as massive as mountain cliffs and equipped with formidable tusks, do not transgress the laws set by the Creator. Therefore, no one should act unrighteously, claiming, 'Might is mine!'' ॥ 3-26-14 ॥

सर्वाणि भूतानि नरेन्द्र पश्य; यथा यथावद विहितं विधात्रा सवयॊनितस तत कुरुते परभावान; नेशे बलस्येति चरेद अधर्मम ॥ ३-२६-१५ ॥
'And, O foremost of monarchs, observe how all creatures act in accordance with their nature, as ordained by the Creator. Therefore, no one should act unrighteously, claiming, 'Might is mine.'' ॥ 3-26-15 ॥
