इत्य एव ते तद वनम आविशन्तॊ; महत्य अरण्ये मृगयां चरित्वा बालाम अपश्यन्त तदा रुदन्तीं; धात्रेयिकां परेष्यवधूं परियायाः ।। ३-२५३-९ ।।

sanskrit

'After abandoning the chase and speaking those words, The sons of Pandu entered the grove of their hermitage. There, they found Dhatreyika, their beloved queen’s maid, Sobbing and weeping in deep distress.' ।। 3-253-9 ।।

english translation

itya eva te tada vanama Avizantò; mahatya araNye mRgayAM caritvA bAlAma apazyanta tadA rudantIM; dhAtreyikAM pareSyavadhUM pariyAyAH || 3-253-9 ||
