[वै] सा तान अनुप्रेक्ष्य विशालनेत्रा; जिघृक्षमाणान अवभर्त्सयन्ती परॊवाच मा मां सपृशतेति भीता; धौम्यं पचुक्रॊश पुरॊहितं सा ॥ ३-२५२-२२ ॥
'Vaisampayana continued, "Then, that lady with large eyes, seeing them about to lay violent hands on her, rebuked them, saying, 'Defile me not by your touch!' In great alarm, she then called upon her spiritual adviser, Dhaumya."' ॥ 3-252-22 ॥
