तान धर्मकामार्थविद उत्तमौजा; बीभत्सुर उच्चैः सहितान उवाच आदास्यते वासम इमं निरुष्य; वनेषु राजा दविषतां यशांसि ॥ ३-२४-१३ ॥
'Vibhatsu, well-versed in virtue, pleasure, and profit, spoke to them in a firm voice, "The king, dwelling in the forest, aims to diminish the renown of his enemies."' ॥ 3-24-13 ॥
