दविजातिमुख्याः सहिताः पृथक च; भवद्भिर आसाद्य तपस्विनश च परसाद्य धर्मार्थविदश च वाच्या; यथार्थसिद्धिः परमा भवेन नः ।। ३-२४-१४ ।।

sanskrit

'The foremost among the twice-born (Brahmins), both collectively and individually, and the ascetics, having been approached by you all, should be pleased. Those who are knowledgeable in dharma and artha (righteousness and material prosperity) should be consulted, so that we may achieve the highest success in our endeavors.' ।। 3-24-14 ।।

english translation

davijAtimukhyAH sahitAH pRthaka ca; bhavadbhira AsAdya tapasvinaza ca parasAdya dharmArthavidaza ca vAcyA; yathArthasiddhiH paramA bhavena naH || 3-24-14 ||
