अद्य परभृति दास्यन्ति सुवृत्ताः सत्पथे सथिताः एवम अग्निस तवया सार्धं सदा वत्स्यति शॊभने ॥ ३-२२०-६ ॥
'From now onwards, they shall give (protection/blessings), Being well-behaved and established on the right path. Thus, O beautiful one, Agni (the fire god) will always dwell with you.' ॥ 3-220-6 ॥
english translation
[मार्क] एवम उक्ता ततः सवाहा तुष्टा सकन्देन पूजिता पावकेन समायुक्ता भर्त्रा सकन्दम अपूजयत ॥ ३-२२०-७ ॥
'Markandeya continued, "Thus addressed and honored by Skanda, Swaha was greatly pleased; and together with her husband Pavaka (the Fire-god), she reciprocated by honoring him."' ॥ 3-220-7 ॥
english translation
ततॊ बरह्मा महासेनं परजापतिर अथाब्रवीत अभिगच्छ महादेवं पितरं तरिपुरार्दनम ॥ ३-२२०-८ ॥
'Then Brahma, the lord of all creatures, addressed Mahasena, saying, 'Go and visit thy father, Mahadeva, the conqueror of Tripura.'' ॥ 3-220-8 ॥
english translation
रुद्रेणाग्निं समाविश्य सवाहाम आविश्य चॊमया हितार्थं सर्वलॊकानां जातस तवम अपराजितः ॥ ३-२२०-९ ॥
'Rudra, merging with Agni (the Fire-god), and Uma, merging with Swaha, have combined to make thee invincible for the welfare of all beings.' ॥ 3-220-9 ॥
english translation
उमा यॊन्यां च रुद्रेण शुक्रं सिक्तं महात्मना आस्ते गिरौ निपतितं मिञ्जिका मिञ्जिकं यतः ॥ ३-२२०-१० ॥
'Moreover, the semen of the high-souled Rudra, cast into the reproductive organ of Uma, was cast back upon this hill, and from it arose the twin Mujika and Minjika.' ॥ 3-220-10 ॥
