ततस ते परेक्षकाः सर्वे रङ्ग वाट इव सथिताः हर्षयाम आसुर उच्चैर मां सिंहनाद तलस्वनैः ।। ३-२१-२६ ।।

sanskrit

'Thus, they could only watch from the battlefield like spectators at an exhibition, encouraging me with roars as loud as lions and the sounds of their applause.' ।। 3-21-26 ।।

english translation

tatasa te parekSakAH sarve raGga vATa iva sathitAH harSayAma Asura uccaira mAM siMhanAda talasvanaiH || 3-21-26 ||

'The Danavas, severed of their arms and heads, took the form of Kavandhas and tumbled down with tremendous roars, only to be devoured by the creatures of the deep.' ।। 3-21-29 ।।

'In response, I powerfully blew the Panchajanya conch, which I had obtained from the ocean's depths—graceful like the lotus stalk, as white as milk, the Kunda flower, the moon, or silver itself.' ।। 3-21-30 ।।
