ते निकृत्तभुजस्कन्धाः कबन्धाकृति दर्शनाः नदन्तॊ भैरवान नादन निपतन्ति सम दानवाः ।। ३-२१-२९ ।।

sanskrit

'The Danavas, severed of their arms and heads, took the form of Kavandhas and tumbled down with tremendous roars, only to be devoured by the creatures of the deep.' ।। 3-21-29 ।।

english translation

te nikRttabhujaskandhAH kabandhAkRti darzanAH nadantò bhairavAna nAdana nipatanti sama dAnavAH || 3-21-29 ||
